We guarantee a 16-day timeline from your first call to website launch. This assumes:
If delays occur due to your unavailability, timeline extends accordingly.
During the design phase, you get unlimited revisions. After launch, additional changes are billed hourly ($100/hour) or covered under our support plans.
We own the design and code. You own your content and brand assets. Upon final payment, you own the website and can modify or use it as you wish.
We keep your business information confidential. We may use before/after website examples in our portfolio (unless you opt out).

We stand behind our work. If you're unhappy with your website within 30 days of launch, we'll make revisions at no cost. After 30 days, changes are billed per our hourly rates.
No refunds on deposits for completed work. If we fail to deliver, full refund minus any third-party costs (domain, hosting setup, etc.).
Your website may use third-party services (hosting, email, analytics). You agree to their terms as well. We're not responsible for their failures.

If a dispute arises, we'll try to resolve it via email or phone first. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes are settled in Travis County, Texas courts.
